The TV remote didn't work. I needed it. The heating was not on until i asked for it. VERY annoying. Breakfast offered very limited choice. It was unimpressive overall.

I checked in early. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, and I appreciated the convenient location to local attractions. Free parking ON-SITE was a GREAT bonus.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed proved quite comfortable. the food in the restaurant tasted very nice. the location was convenient. I could easily walk to the city center. i found the secure parking very useful.
the kettle was balanced precariously, i felt it needed to be safer.
